Access to the Conference Venue in Shinhidaka, Hokkaido

Flights are available from Narita (NRT) or Haneda (HND) Airports to New Chitose Airport (CTS) in Hokkaido.
Flight time: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

By Free Shuttle Bus

A free shuttle bus will be provided for conference participants between New Chitose Airport and the conference venue (Shizunai Eclipse Hotel) in Shinhidaka, Hokkaido.

Two shuttle buses will be available for both outbound and return trips. The travel time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

New Chitose Airport → Conference Venue: July 12, 2026 (Sunday)
13:30 → 15:00
16:00 → 17:30

Conference Venue → New Chitose Airport: July 15, 2026 (Wednesday)
13:30 → 15:00
16:00 → 17:30

We will announce the boarding location to shuttle bus users later.
